What's your goal? Are you trying to shred some weight, or are you trying to bulk up some more? 70-100 pushups/day is probably pretty good if you want to slim up some. Maybe try some diamond pushups, or incline diamond pushups, those are pretty damn hard :P

I've only been working regularly for about a month myself, but have noticed some pretty nice results. I'll post some pics when I get around to it.

my goal is to lose as much weight as i can. my goal walk around weight is 135. for fights i plan to cut down to 125. i've been tryin to lose about 10lbs a month. it went well for the first 2 months and then thanksgivin kinda ruined it. i only lost 5lbs total for november which means i have to lose 15lbs this month. i'm gonna be workin myself to lose as much as i can without it interfering with my health.

i have a lot of trouble doin diamond pushups mainly because i have trouble balancing when i go down. maybe its because i'm not strong enough?

i need to start doin some abdominal workouts too. i was doin them for a while and then got super lazy.
